Key Projects
The W - Hotel
Delivery of 600 hotel rooms, including coordination with
PMSW, the hotel operator, authorities, Tier 1 builders and
development managers. In addition to the above, Spectrum
undertook extensive pre finance due diligence to assist
Blackstone in the funding for the project, and continue to be
involved in providing ongoing monitoring.

National Hotel Portfolio
Spectrum undertook the technical due diligence review of a
$1bn+ 14-asset national hotel portfolio on behalf of a
financier, acting in the capacity of Lenders Project
Consultant. Spectrum managed the property due diligence
process for the portfolio, overseeing the appointment of
technical consultants, undertaking inspections, issuing RFIs
and preparing a summary report highlighting key issues and
risks identified.
